These terms govern your use of VoiceLedger (the “app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
1. The service
VoiceLedger is a personal finance tool for recording and reviewing your own income, expenses, accounts, debts and budgets, including via voice input. It is provided for personal, informational use.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the app.
3. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the app for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
- Don’t abuse the voice or AI features to overload the service.
4. Your data
You own the financial data you enter. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data or request account deletion at any time.
5. No financial advice
VoiceLedger is a record-keeping tool, not a source of financial, accounting, tax or investment advice. Currency conversions and figures are provided for convenience and may not be exact. You are responsible for verifying any information you rely on.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceLedger is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
